i want to install adobe after effects cs3 on my vista Home edition pc but it says that iexplorer should be closed, whatever i try in the menu from ctrl alt del it still says that iexplorer.exe is running and i want to close it . can someone say how?

Thank you. About a half hour ago, my computer shut down and I got the restart asking if I wanted to try safe mode. I pressed "normal" mode just as you did and Visa had that "unexpected shut down message" and said it was looking for a solution online. I got nervous, so I typed my error message in the google search and your site came up. I downloaded the update you have listed from microsoft and hopefully this will do the trick. God bless for helping out the rest of us who aren't so computer savvy. Thank you again.
