		<description>I totally agree with you. Recently I joined project following agile methodology. I joined at the tail end of the development. I had very tough time getting started with the project, they did not have any functional doc had to go thru the code and debug logs to understand the system. When I talk about process, I m been looked as a old fashioned conservative developer. I think agile as escapism for skipping process.</description>
